INVITATION TO BID
Coalfield Community Action Partnership Inc. will receive bids for the purchase of passenger mini-vans for the Head Start Program in McDowell and Mingo County, WV.
The bid should include, but not be limited to, the following:
— Cost for purchase of a total of four (4) mini-vans, including all specifications for each vehicle
— Anticipated delivery time frame
— Terms of payment
Bids will be accepted through Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of Coalfield Community Action Partnership Inc. Bids must be SEALED and marked MINI-VAN BIDS and either mailed to: Coalfield Community Action Partnership, Inc., PO Box 1406, Williamson WV
25661, or dropped of at the Central Office at 1626 West 3rd Avenue, Williamson WV.
