Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with West Virginia Code 7-12A, there will be a hearing before the Wood County Commission on July 27, 2015 , at 10:00 AM in the Wood County Commissionás second floor office, Room 203, Wood County Court House. Purpose of the hearing is to seek approval for the creation of a maintenance agreement for the property owners on Nelson Hill Drive. If the maintenance agreement is approved by the Commission, it will affect all property located on said Nelson Hill Drive in Union District, Wood County, West Virginia.
