AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that McElroy Green Marketing, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), for a Regulation 13 Permit Application to relocate a flare system with methane exhauster engine located at B North #1 site near Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia to a site at 18-A Borehole near Brink, Marion County, West Virginia. The permit being relocated is R13-3529. The latitude and longitude coordinates for the new site are: 39.537926 and 80.477098.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants: PM of 8.90 tons per year (tpy), PM10 of 8.90 tpy, PM2.5 of 8.90 tpy, VOC of 1.86 tpy, SO2 of 0.22 tpy, NOx of 23.63 tpy, CO of 15.48 tpy, and Total HAPs of 0.0825 tpy.
The facility will begin operating on December 1, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, DAQ, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
