Notice is hereby given that MEADOWS STONE & PAVING INC., PO BOX 10, GASSAWAY, WV 26624 has submitted an application for RENEWAL of Quarry Article 4 Permit Number Q200795 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600, in order to remove Limestone by conducting Quarry operations.
The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributary of Elkwater Fork of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located 2 miles, East of MONTERVILLE in MINGO district of Randolph County, Longitude 80∂ 4’ 20.0000” and Latitude 38∂ 32’ 48.0000” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until June 13, 2016, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication. A copy of the application will be available for review in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Randolph County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
