MORGAN COUNTY ASSESSOR’S OFFICE
To ensure property values remain fair and accurate, the state mandates a review of Morgan County’s eight districts on a three-year rotating cycle. Starting March 3, 2026, the Assessor’s Office will begin evaluations for Allen & Bath Districts. Residents are also advised that review of new construction and farms will take place county-wide across all eight districts beginning approximately July 1, 2026.
Data collectors, Robert Ratcliff & Shawn Fearnow will be identifiable by their official badges and will introduce themselves upon arrival. For your security, please note that all property review staff drive silver Chevy Colorados clearly marked “Morgan County Assessor” and equipped with county-issued plates.
