MORGAN COUNTY ASSESSOR’S OFFICE
Starting July 1, 2026, the Morgan County Assessor’s Office will begin reviewing all districts for maintenance reappraisal. This process includes inspecting building permits and recent property changes, as well as verifying eligibility for parcels currently receiving the Farm Discount.
Data Collectors, Robert Ratcliff and Shawn Fearnow will be identifiable by their official badges and will introduce themselves upon arrival. For your security, please note that all property review staff drive silver Chevy Colorados, clearly marked “Morgan County Assessor” and equipped with county-issued plates.
