PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Sherry Puffinberger intends to request an Order from Family Court of Morgan County, State of West Virginia for a change of name from Sherry Lynn Puffinberger to Sherry Lynn Gilbert Puffinberger, after this Notice has been published and proof of same rendered to the Court. A hearing on this matter will be held on the 6th Day of March, 2024 at 11:15 AM before the Morgan County Family Court located at the Morgan County Courthouse, 77 Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. Any person who is likely to be injured by the change of name of any person so petitioning or knows any reason why the name of any such should not be changed, may appear at the time and place set forth herein, and shall be heard in opposition to such change. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
