Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of April, 2021 at 2:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Theodore Robert Baehr will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Theodore Robert Baehr to Theodore Jaxson Vanderzwaag, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby noted that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
