Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of April, 2021 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Suzanne Elizabeth Hall will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Suzanne Elizabeth Hall to Cricket Zivanka Hall, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
