Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of May, 2021 at o’clock, 1:30 p.m., or s soon thereafter can be heard, Petitioner, Christa Marie Janes-Ash, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Christa Marie Janes-Ash to Christa Marie Ash at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
