Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of April, 2021 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Victoria Christine Satterfield will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Victoria Christine Satterfield to Parker Chris Malaki Satterfield, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
