Advertisement for Bids The Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, a Public Corporation in the State of West Virginia is seeking sealed bids for accounting services. The bids will be for general accounting services for a period of thirty six (36) months. The bidder must be a qualified accounting firm with at least one Certified Public Accountant on staff licensed in the State of West Virginia. Qualified firms can pick up a copy of the bid documents at the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia or request a copy of the bid documents be emailed to them or by email request to Shannon Orso Finance and Human Resource Director at [email protected]. Sealed bids will be accepted by the Authority until 11 AM on Thursday April 9th, 2015. Bids will be opened on Thursday April 9th at Noon during the Authorities Board of Directors meeting at their Administrative Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia.
