On Wednesday, April 15 at 10:30 a.m. the Monongalia County Commission will open and read aloud sealed bids for document scanning equipment and software for the Monongalia County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Specifications will be provided at a MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commission Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the Courthouse, Morgantown, WV. Proposals must be delivered to the County Commission Office, 2nd Floor of the Courthouse at or before 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Prosecuting Attorney Scanning Project". The Monongalia County Commission reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. EOE.
