ATTENTION PRINCETON RESIDENTS The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 15th day of January, 2015, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of Brent Whittaker, 1299 Stafford Drive, Princeton, WV 24740, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a used car lot at 1299 Stafford Drive in the Commercial (C-2) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 10, Parcel 36). The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals to operate a used car lot in the Commercial (C-2) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
