Invitation To Bid
The owners of the Spadafore Building is requesting bids for the masonry rehabilitation of their building at 94 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, WV
The project includes:
1. Rehabilitation of masonry watertable/cornice
2. Repointing
The project completion date is no later than August 01, 2015 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete a project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
The bid package is available by calling Adam Rohaly at 304-367-1417 or via email at [email protected]. The property will be open for a mandatory pre-bid walk-through on April 20 at 1:00 PM.
