The Monongalia County Commission will hold Public Hearings on May 6, 2015 in the County Commission Chambers located in Room 202 of the Monongalia County Courthouse, 243 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at which time the Commission will hear any information or comments you wish to give regarding the following:
Case MA 001-2015: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Neighborhood Residential (R-2) for the properties legally described as Union Tax Map 12 Parcels 81, 81.1, 82, 82.1, 82.2, 83, 84, 85, 86, & 86.1and Union Tax Map 21, Parcels 6, 7, & 8.
Case MA 002-2015: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Low Density Residential (R-1) to High Density Residential (R-4) to for the properties legally described as Morgan Tax Map 4D Parcels 33 and 34.
