Bids for Window Replacement
Monongalia County Board of Education is accepting sealed bids for window replacement at the County Board Office. There are fifty eight (58) windows to be replaced; the new windows need to be a single hung window with flashing, trim, and sealants for a complete installation. The new windows and trim need to match, as close as possible, to the existing trim. The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal of all debris and the clean-up of all materials. The bidder will be required to provide a schedule of time that job will be worked; any or all changes need to be approved. This job will be prevailing wage with a copy of certified payroll being turned over at the end of each pay period.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 14, 2015 at 10:00 am, location being at 13 South High Street Morgantown W.V. all bids need to be turned in by May 20, 2015, no later than 10:00 am, located at 533 East Brockway Ave- Morgantown W.V.
