CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER
US Cellular is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a telecommunication tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’ s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower called Terra Alta DT is off Ringer Avenue, northwest of Terra Alta, WV (39-27-2.39N and 79-33-16.70W). The monopole tower will be up to 199 feet (including lightning rod) in height. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
