REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/BIDS
Service, Testing, & Inspection of Automatic Sprinkler Systems
The Monongalia County, West Virginia, Board of Education is accepting proposals / bids for service, testing, and inspection of all automatic sprinkler systems located in our facilities across the county.
Proposals will be accepted through Tuesday June 16, 2015 at 533 E. Brockway Avenue, Morgantown, WV 26501. Proposals will be reviewed by committee following their opening at 8:00 AM on Wednesday June 17, 2015.
The Monongalia County Board of Education reserves the right to refuse and / or reject any and all bids / proposals.
Interested vendors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday June 3, 2015. Only those parties in attendance will be considered. The meeting will be held at 533 E. Brockway Avenue, Morgantown, WV 26501.
