Bakers Ridge Manor Homeowners Association (BRMHOA) will receive sealed bids for concrete pavement replacement/repair and drainage improvements for selected subdivision streets. Bids will be received until 5pm, June 10, 2015, at BRMHOA, Attn. Bid, PO Box 4369, Morgantown, WV 26504.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2015 at 10 am at 201 Poplar Dr. in Bakers Ridge Manor, Morgantown, WV. All interested parties must attend the meeting in order to submit a bid. The scope and details of the proposed work and a review of project requirements will be presented. Copies of the contract documents and specifications will be issued at the pre-bid meeting. All interested bidders should notify BRMHOA of planned attendance at the pre-bid meeting to ensure that a sufficient quantity of contract documents is available at the meeting.

All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee in the amount of 5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the bid amount. The bid guarantee may be a certified check or bank draft, payable to BRMHOA, or a bond secured by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds or furnish other surety acceptable to BRMHOA.

No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without express written consent. BRMHOA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the biddings.
