INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Monongalia County Justice Center furniture benches, will be received in the Monongalia County Commission Chambers, 243 High Street (2nd floor of Courthouse) Morgantown, West Virginia 26505, on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. e.s.t. at which time and place all complete bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Architect. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon request from:

The bid package includes supply, delivery, and installation of metal benches inside the new Monongalia County Justice Center.
Qualified Prime Bidders interested in submitting bids shall contact the Architect. Email Bid Package requests to Jenny Redden [email protected] and a Bid Package will be sent out. There is no deposit required for Bid Packages and all printing costs incurred by bidders are non-refundable.
After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
The Monongalia County Commission reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
