PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, for the purpose of hearing proponents and/or opponents to the following Ordinances pending before them:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 1329 “DEFINITIONS” OF THE CITY’ S PLANNING AND ZONING CODE AS IT RELATES TO URBAN AGRICULTURE.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 1331 “ESTABLISHED OF ZONING DISTRICTS AND ZONING MAP” OF THE CITY’ S PLANNING AND ZONING CODE AS IT RELATED TO URBAN AGRICULTURE.
The above entitled Ordinances are expected to be adopted following the Public Hearing. Copies are available in the City Clerk’ s Office, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia.
