Tariff filing to modify tariff.
NOTICE
Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC, doing business as Republic Services of West Virginia (Allied), has proposed a modification to its tariff to add that:
"All residential customers will be required to pay a two-month estimated annual charge before service is commenced. If a customer is delinquent in payment, Allied may credit the amount of the customer deposit to the past due bill."
Anyone wishing to protest the above addition to Allied’s tariff or to petition to intervene in the above proceeding should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323, within ten (10) days of the date of publication.

NOTICE
Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC, doing business as Republic Services of West Virginia (Allied), has proposed a modification to its tariff to add that:
"Each customer is required to display an identification sticker, provided by carrier, as evidence of being an active customer. This sticker will be approximately 4 1/2 by 2 1/2 and colors will be changed periodically."
