Each above-named Respondent will please take notice that, on the 22nd day of June, 2015, at 8:45 a.m., the undersigned counsel for Clay Battelle Public Service District will appear before the Honorable Phillip D. Gaujot, Judge of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia in the Magistrate Court Building, 265 Spruce Street, .Suite 301, in Morgantown, West Virginia, and will, at said time and place, move the Court for the entry of an Order granting Clay Battelle Public Service District, Petitioner herein, the right to immediately enter upon, possess and appropriate the lands and interests described in the Petition to be filed for the upgrade and extension of a public water system, all as will be more fully set forth in the Petition.
