Nash and Brenda L. Ribble entitled “PLAT SHOWING SURVEY FOR MARK NASH BEING A PORTION OF THE RUTH HODOCK PROPERTY”, dated July 10, 2002, Scale 1″-50′, which plat is attached to deed dated August 7, 2002, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Tazewell, Virginia, in Deed Book 854, page 1003. PARCEL ON ROUTE 650, NEAR BLUEFIELD, TAZEWELL CO., VIRGINIA”, Date 12-15-03, Scale 1″-50′, by James D. Ribble, C.L.S., which plat is attached to deed of correction dated February 1, 2008, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Tazewell, Virginia, and which plat is located in Deed Book 1021, page 357. Parcel 3 (Tax Map Nos. 024A101F0001 – Poe Street, Bluefield, VA) and (024A101F0002-0004 – Poe Street, Bluefield, VA) Those certain parcel of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate near the north corporate limits of the Town of Bluefield in that section known as “West Graham”, in Clear Fork Magisterial District of Tazewell County, Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows: LOTS NUMBER ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) IN SECTION “F”, as the same appear upon a map of lots with certificate by Dudley Land Company, dated June 6, 1924, which map is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia, in Deed Book 98, at page 450, et seq.
