NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Monongalia County, West Virginia
TO: the Owner/Owners of Property in District 03, Map 16B, Parcel 0004-0001, Jere Road, believed to be owned by Charles Ray Dulin, Sr.
Notice of Violation is hereby given to any and all parties relative to the above referenced property by the Monongalia County Commission, through the Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Enforcement Agency. Within thirty days from the date this notice first appears, the owner or his/her designee shall secure the premises by boarding all doors and windows to assure a safe and secure area according to the guidelines of the Enforcement Agency. Overgrown vegetation should also be removed. If no action is taken within said 30 days, a formal Complaint will be issued by the County Commission that will allow sixty days to complete the project. At the end of the sixty days a fine of $100 per day for every day the work is not complete will be imposed. Ninety days later, the property file will go to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for action in Circuit Court. The next meeting of the Enforcement Agency is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commissioner’ s Hearing Room of the Courthouse.
