BID CALL 2016-01
BULK ROCK SALT
Sealed bids will be received by the City Finance Director of the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, until Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.(e.s.t), for 1,000 tons of BULK ROCK SALT along with an additional option of 2,000 tons in reserve for use on roadways as a snow and ice melting agent in accordance with the specifications on file and available from the Engineering Division, Room 26, City Hall, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505.
All bids shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bid 2016-01". Each bidder shall submit a five percent
(5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) bid bond, certified check, or postal money order for each or all section(s) bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
