ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
MAINTENANCE BUILDING
FOR
PRESTON COUNTY PSD #4
PRESTON COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
Sealed bids will be received by the Preston County PSD #4, Preston County, WV, for a MAINTENANCE SHOP BUILDING until 7:00 p.m. prevailing time on July 14, 2015, at The Preston County PSD #4 office, 17840 N Preston Highway, Bruceton Mills, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project will be bid in one contract:
Contract – Maintenance Shop Building: Construction time limit is (90) calendar days. The contract consists of the construction of a pre-engineered steel building meeting IBC 12 (International Building Codes) for the 26525 zip code. The approximate building dimensions are 75’L X 50’W X 16’H with an approximate footprint of 3,750 sq. ft. All components and appurtances necessary to provide a complete and serviceable building including but not limited to: doors, windows, garage / service doors, wall sheeting, insulation, gutters, downspouts, roof drain piping, roof, trim, interior work /storage room, footings, foundation walls, fill under slab, concrete floor, electrical package, and all other items for a complete project.

Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications may be obtained at Stantec, 111 Elkins Street, Fairmont, WV 26554, upon a nonrefundable payment of TWENTY FIVE ($25.00) DOLLARS for hard copies. Plans will be available beginning June 26, 2015, at 8:00 am. Check or money order only, made payable to Stantec. If requested contract documents will be mailed upon receipt of payment.
The envelope, "Building Bid Envelope", will be opened containing: the "Bid Proposal Form" will be opened and publicly read aloud. A bidder may not withdraw his/her Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders.
