It appearing by affidavit filed In this action that Tonya K. Hicks is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or whereabouts are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Tonya K. Hicks serve upon Jessee Moats – Pro Se, whose address is 795 Mountainview Road, Morgantown, WV 26508, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before January 4, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Modification.
