To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estates of David Lee VanMeter, Jr. and Robert Joseph Konchesky, deceased.
All persons having claims against the Estates of the said David Lee VanMeter, Jr. and Robert Joseph Konchesky, deceased, whether due or not, ‘are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher
thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned at 168 Chancery Row, Morgantown, West Virginia, on or before the 5th day of October, 2015; otherwise, they may by law be excluded from all benefits of said
Estates.
All Beneficiaries of said Estates may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
