2. Waiver of Final Settlement of Joan Dayle McKay, Executrix of the Estate of Dolores June Starkey, Deceased, for the period of November 25, 2014, to June 29, 2015.
3. Report of Receipts and Disbursements, Distribution and Affidavit of Patrick W. Conner, Executor of the Estate of Hayden W. Ward, Jr., deceased, for the period of January 7, 2014, to June 16, 2015.
4. Amended and Updated Report of Receipts and Disbursements, Distribution and Affidavit of Charles L. R. Davis, Executor of the Estate of Charles H. Davis, Deceased, for the period of May 12, 2010, to June 29, 2015.
5. First Accounting of Larry V. Starcher, Administrator CTA for the Estate of Arthur P. Scotchel, Deceased, from April 21, 2014, to June 1, 2015.
