AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that West Virginia University has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for emergency backup generators located at 1550 University Avenue, in Morgantown, in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.634813N 79.953621W

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
14.208 tons per year (tpy) for Oxides of Nitrogen; 1.271 tpy for Carbon Monoxide; 1.911 tpy for Sulfur Dioxide; 0.403 tpy for Particulate Matter; 0.938 tpy for Volatile Organic Compounds; and 0.319 tpy for Formaldehyde.

Startup of operation began on or about 1987 or later. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
