NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 24, 2011, from M & K Ventures, LLC and Michael R. Cox to Karen Wimmer and A. G. Hill, Trustees, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1207, at page 502, and Trust Deed Book No. 1206, at page 769, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $1,250,000.00 payable to New Peoples Bank, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by New Peoples Bank, Inc., the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mercer County Courthouse, in Princeton, West Virginia on January 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain tract or parcel of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia, and which property is more particularly bounded and described as follows: Parcel of real estate known as lot on Cumberland Road, as shown on map of record in the Mercer County Clerk’s Office as Microfilm Plat No. 3923, and which property is more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin at the point of intersection of the east line of a 30 foot wide graveled road as shown upon said plat with the south line of Cumberland Gap and Fincastle Turnpike (now known as Cumberland Road); thence from said beginning point and with said line of Turnpike, N. 61? 28′ E. 160.00 feet to the northwest corner of a small parcel now or hereinbefore owned by West Virginia Water Service Company; thence with the two lines of said West Virginia Water Service Company parcel, S. 28? 32′ E. 30.00 feet to an iron pin and N. 61? 28′ E. 10.00 feet to an iron pin; thence with the westerly line of a parcel referred to as Mamone property, S. 28? 32′ E. 183.35 feet to an iron pin; thence along the 30 foot gravelled road; N. 84? 05′ W. 119.75 feet to an iron pin; N. 87? 47′ W. 82.91 feet to an iron pin, and N. 28? 32′ W. 103.22 feet to the place of BEGINNING. And being the same real estate conveyed to M & K Ventures, LLC, by Deed from Bryan Cooper Enterprises, LLC, dated February 22, 2011, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 959, at page 642.
