NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 24, 2011, from M & K Ventures, LLC and Michael R. Cox to Karen Wimmer and A. G. Hill, Trustees, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1207, at page 502, and Trust Deed Book No. 1206, at page 769, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $1,250,000.00 payable to New Peoples Bank, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by New Peoples Bank, Inc.,the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the from door of the Mercer County Courthouse, in Princeton, West Virginia on January 29, 2015 at 10:15 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain tract of parcel or real estate, together with the improvements thereon and easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia, and which property is more particularly bounded and described as follows: That parcel of real estate known as 0.7226 acres, Princeton Avenue (Part Lots 1 and 9 incl.), being Tax Map 17 Parcel 737, as shown on map of record as Microfilm Plat No. 4430. And being the same real estate conveyed to M & K Ventures, LLC, by Deed from James S. Hamm, dated November 14, 2008, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 931, at page 765.
