The Morgantown Utility Board will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Morgantown Utility Board Office, for an Annual Stone Contract. All Bids submitted via U.S. Postal service must be addressed to Morgantown Utility Board, P.O. Box 852, Morgantown, West Virginia 26507-0852. All Bids hand-delivered or submitted via commercial carrier (such as UPS or Federal Express) must be addressed to Morgantown Utility Board, 278 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, West Virginia 26501.
Bids will be publicly opened shortly thereafter and read aloud. Bids shall be marked "Sealed Bid – Annual Stone Contract." Specifications and conditions may be obtained at the office of the Morgantown Utility Board or will be mailed upon request.
Morgantown Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the Owner.
