It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Isabela Araugo Mullins has been unable to be located by Ralph Mullins and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Isabela Araugo Muliiins shall serve upon Ralph Mullins, 91 Holland Avenue, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense 3 he may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before September 14, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
