NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE In execution of the deed of trust, dated March 19, 2008, from Lisa M. Hanshaw and Dennis J. Hanshaw to Stephen M. Feola and Gary R. Mills, as trustees, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 1137, at page 576, the undersigned trustee will offer for sale at public auction on October 8, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the North Walker Street entrance to the Mercer County Courthouse, Princeton, West Virginia: the following tract or parcel of land in Rock District, Mercer County, West Virginia And being a tract of about 5.5 acres as shown on Assessor’s Map 35, Parcel 4, Rock District, Mercer County, West Virginia, and devised to Luther Ball pursuant to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of M L Ball of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Will Book 29 at Page 237. And being the same real estate conveyed to Dennis Hanshaw and Lisa Hanshaw, husband and wife, by Thoms W. Gilbert and Connie Gilbert, husband and wife, by Deed dated the 30th day of March, 2007, of record in the aforesaid clerk’s office in Deed Book 909 at Page 28. J. Peter Richardson was appointed substitute trustee by the APPOINTMENT OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, dated September 11, 2015, of record in said Clerk’s Office in Trust Deed Book 1303, at page 203. This sale will include all rights, easements, appurtenances, improvements and structures that are part of the real estate described above. This sale will be subject to all restrictions, rights-of-way, conditions, easements, and mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, if any, whether of record or not of record, to the extent any of the foregoing apply and take priority over the lien of the deed of trust.
