Burnside, Jr., Velma Elizabeth Abram Bragg will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia for an entry of an order by said Court to change her name to Elizabeth Abram Bragg and to direct Vital Statistics to change her name to Elizabeth Abram on her birth certificate at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard if they so desires. You are notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
