NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 11:30 AM in the Board of Directors Room of the New Municipal Complex, Rogers at Mercer St., in compliance with West Virginia Code ? 8-12-18(c), the Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on a proposed Resolution, cited as “Resolution Authorizing the City of Bluefield to Enter into a Lease Agreement with Beth Christopher.” This Resolution will allow Beth Christopher to lease the first floor of the parcel of real estate located at 320 Federal Street, Bluefield, West Virginia, from the City for a sum of $500.00 per month for the first four months, and $600.00 per month each month thereafter.
