NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Deed of Trust dated the 1st day of July, 2005, executed by Oliver R. Lewis, Sr., and Bonnie J. Lewis, unto Harold B. Cook by deed dated the 1st day of July, 2005, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 883 at Page 637. And being the same property is made subject to any exceptions, reservations, covenants and conditions as may be contained in the chain of title to said real estate. It is the intention of this Notice to sell the secured property by proper description as was intended to be transferred and conveyed in the aforesaid Deed of Trust. The above described real estate is reported to have a physical address at 669 Lorton Lick Road, Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia, 24701. This sale will also be made subject to any and easements heretofore granted by predecessors in title; and subject further to any and all unpaid real property taxes and unpaid assessments, the purchaser assuming payment thereof.
