On September 26, 2014, the PA State Board of Nursing indefinitely suspended the Pennsylvania license of Heather Renee Rice, license no. PN274637, of Morgantown, WV, and assessed a civil penalty of $100, based on her having received disciplinary action by the proper licensing authority in another state and failing to disclose her convictions on her renewal application.
