IN RE: Gabrielle Lynn Kitagawa a/k/a Gabrielle Kitagawa, a minor. NO. TPR-15-__ in the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
TO: Jessika Dawn Bishop-Holt a/k/a Jessika Boggs and the Unknown Father, parents of Gabrielle Lynn Kitagawa a/k/a Gabrielle Kitagawa, a minor, born on November 30, 2008 in Monongalia County, West Virginia.
A petition has been filed asking the court to put an end to all rights you have to your child, Gabrielle Lynn Kitagawa a/k/a Gabrielle Kitagawa. The court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child.
