NOTICE Mercer County E-9-1-1 conducts its monthly meetings each last Thursday of the month, except for the November and December meetings, which are combined and held the second Thursday of December of each year. All meetings begin at noon at the 9-1-1 Center, 911 Shelter Rd, Princeton, WV. NOTICE is further given that at the meeting on February 25, 2016, the Authority will consider and vote on the conversion of all rural routes in Mercer County to City type addressing, including the naming, and renaming of the same, all in cooperation with the local postal authorities and the Division of Highway, as provided in West Virginia Code, Chapter 7, Article 1 Section 3; Chapter 7 Article 1 Section 3cc and Chapter 24E, Article 1 Section 1 et seq.
