And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that evan after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. it is ordered that Christopher Mullins do serve upon Susan Honaker, magistrate whose address is 100 Rogers St., Bluefield, WV 24701, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 14, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Christopher Mullins at any time thereafter.
