LEGAL NOTICE Request for Proposals The Region 1 Workforce Development Board is requesting proposals for services to eligible In-School and eligible Out-of-School Youth under the guidelines of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. The Mandatory Bidder’s Conference for this Request for Proposal will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 2 PM at the Raleigh County WORKFORCE West Virginia Career Center, 200 New River Town Center, Beckley, WV 25801.
