Certificate No. 7564 NOTICE On November 13, 2015, the Petitioner, Dinesh Lamachhane, dba Beckley Green Cab, filed a petition to modify its tariff to add new charges under P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. 7564. Specifically, the Petitioner seeks the following modifications: $2.00 per mile $0.20 for each 0.1 mile thereafter $0.50 for each additional passenger $0.50 per minute for waiting time (Increase) $5.00 Minimum fare within Beckley city limits (New) $7.00 Minimum fare outside Beckley city limits (New) $2.00 Night surcharge (10:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m) (New) $1.00 each additional stop (New) On November 20, 2015, Commission Staff (Staff) filed an Initial and Final Joint Staff Memorandum recommending the petition be approved, provided no protests are received. Any individual wishing to protest the above petition should so so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, PO Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323, within ten (10) days of the date of this publication. If no substantial protests are filed within ten days of the date of publication, the new rates might be finally approved without hearing.
