Advertisement for Bids The Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, a Public Corporation in the State of West Virginia, is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of excess liability insurance. The bids will be for umbrella insurance coverage in the amount of nine million dollars $9,000,000 for the Authority for a period of 12 months on a follow form basis of the Authorities State Board of Risk and Insurance Management Liability policy. The bidder must be a licensed insurance firm in the state of West Virginia. Qualified firms can pick up a copy of the bid documents at the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia or request a copy of the bid documents be emailed to them or by email request to Shannon Orso, Finance and Human Resource Director at [email protected]. Sealed bids will be accepted by the Authority until 11 AM on Thursday May 5th, 2016. Bids will be opened on Thursday May 5th at Noon during the Authorities quarterly Board of Directors meeting at their Administrative Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia.
