REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
BENEDUM AIRPORT AUTHORITY
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on June 11,2016 where a special meeting of the Benedum Airport Authority will be held at 3:00 P.M. at which time all bids will be publicly opened. The names of all bidders will be stated at that time and a meeting will be held on June 22, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. to announce the successful bidder. Any bids that are not responsive to the RFP will be rejected in total Insurance coverage will be effective July 1,2016 for a (3) year policy period.
