NOTICE OF FILING
On December 5, 2014, Comcast Communications (Comcast) filed an application for a determination of the maximum basic tier cable rate for the Morgantown, West Virginia service area. Comcast requested a maximum permitted rate for 2015 of $19.605.
A copy of the Comcast filing is available for inspection at the offices of the West Virginia Public Service Commission, 201 Brooks Street, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia, 25323.
Anyone desiring to make objection to this filing must do so, in writing, within ten (10) days after publication of notice, to Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P. O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. If substantial protests are not received within the ten-day protest period, the Commission may waive a formal hearing and approve the Comcast filing based on the evidence submitted with the filing.
