FIDUCIARY NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the accounts of the following fiduciaries are before the undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner for settlement:
1. Waiver of Final Settlement of Rosemary Alice Buck and Cecile Buck Starr, Co-Executors of the Estate of Arthur Charles Buck, Deceased, for the period of August 21, 2014, to January 20, 2015.
2. Waiver of Final Settlement of Carl Mascioli and Albert Mascioli, Co-Executors of the Estate of Joseph Matthew Mascioli, a/k/a Reverend Joseph Matthew Mascioli, Deceased, for the period of September 3, 2013, to January 23, 2015.
3. Waiver of Final Settlement of Shirley A. Barbe, Administratrix DBN of the Estate of Anna Pearl Berry, Deceased, for the period of January 5, 2015, to January 14, 2015.
4. Waiver of Final Settlement of Deborah Rosenbaum Jones, Executrix of the Estate of Hilda Rosenbaum, Deceased, for the period of July 23, 2013, to December 30, 2014.
5. Report of Receipts and Disbursements, Distribution and Affidavit of Kenneth Allen Kisner, Sheriff of Monongalia County, Administrator of the Estate of Randy Allen Dalton, Deceased, for the period of January 16, 2013, to October 24, 2014.
6. Report of Receipts and Disbursements, Distribution and Affidavit of Arthur S. Pavlovic, Executor of the Estate of Charles H. Baer, a/k/a Charles Henry Baer, Jr., Deceased, for the period of February 25, 2014, to
January 27, 2015.
